Fitness Pilates focuses on the body as a human kinetic chain. Applying the fundamental Pilates technique and exercises primarily for the purpose of fitness, Fitness Pilates aims to offset musculoskeletal imbalances.The aim of Fitness Pilates is to identify basic postural imbalances and through Pilates based exercises

Dance-fit is a combination of dance styles and aerobic exercise in  an add on layered choreographic format- (each section we add a movement  to create a dance fitness routine). Get your heart rate going with an easy to follow, fun, calorie burning workout.

 

Think you can't dance? Give it a try, dance-fit is for all fitness and dance levels, exercise without even realising.

  Terms and Conditions​

  • Screening forms must please be completed honestly and accurately before attendance. Any medical changes need to be presented to the instructor.

  • Payments must be made via bank transfer and missed sessions are non refundable. Booking will be secured on payment.

  • All policies including Covid 19, Safeguarding and Privacy must be adhered to. 

  • Participants and staff must adhere to the equality act (2010). Acts of discrimination will not be tolerated and should be reported to staff and/or the correct procedures followed. Participants please to wear footwear and attire to enable fitness and exercise to be carried out safely.

  • Classes cancelled due to weather/instructor fault will be refunded or carried over to another class.

  • Regarding online sessions… Participants attend at their own risk and must follow correct instruction/exercise options for personal corrections needed.

  • Participant WiFi/internet problems causing missed sessions (through no fault of the instructor) will not be refunded.

  • Participants must ensure they have a safe, hazard free environment in which to exercise and safe attire is worn for exercise

  • Terms and conditions may be subject to change.

Freestyle Fitness Yoga targets flexibility, stability and strength. It is a fitness programme that incorporates deep stretch, yoga postures and modern evidence based fitness practices. FFY is suitable for all levels of fitness and for both men and women.
