Fitness Pilates focuses on the body as a human kinetic chain. Applying the fundamental Pilates technique and exercises primarily for the purpose of fitness, Fitness Pilates aims to offset musculoskeletal imbalances.The aim of Fitness Pilates is to identify basic postural imbalances and through Pilates based exercises
  • Increase muscular balance and strength
  • Improve postureFacilitate the ability to optimally function occupationally and recreationally.
  • Improve all over muscle tone
  • Strengthen deep core muscles toning the abdominal.
  • Improves flexibility and joint movement.

Dance-fit is a combination of dance styles and aerobic exercise in  an add on layered choreographic format- (each section we add a movement  to create a dance fitness routine). Get your heart rate going with an easy to follow, fun, calorie burning workout.

Freestyle Fitness Yoga targets flexibility, stability and strength. It is a fitness programme that incorporates deep stretch, yoga postures and modern evidence based fitness practices. FFY is suitable for all levels of fitness and for both men and women.
