About Hannah

I have been in the fitness industry since 2008 teaching within the community , within gyms, schools and studios.

 

How i got started...

 

 After working as a dancer and thriving for real fitness results, I got the fitness bug. Exercise was part of my job, and I didn’t feel the need to train or keep up with a full healthy diet, I was wrong. As you can imagine this took its toll and lead to me finishing contracts exhausted and unable to keep up the physique when out of work. I loved fitness and needed a change so decided to educate myself further. Earning my exercise to music qualification I began working in the fitness industry many years ago. Teaching studio based classes gained me more and more experience with clients and their different fitness needs and preferences. From there I have continued adding to my fitness knowledge, earning my level 3 personal training allowing me to train people one on one as well as group training.

Over the years through training/working, gaining injuries myself and seeing others too suffer from injury I realised as well as looking after ourselves through training/diet we too need to rest, recover and release muscles we are constantly using, this lead me to also became a Sports massage therapist.

I love being part of the fitness industry, helping people make the positive changes  to allow a fuller, healthier, happy lifestyle.
